Senior Human Resources Business Partner

We are partnering with a growing manufacturing company in search of a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) to lead HR initiatives across multiple plant locations. This role is key in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, supporting plant leadership, and fostering an engaged and productive workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Leadership – Partner with plant and operations leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement – Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees, handling employee relations matters and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Performance Management & Talent Development – Support managers in setting performance goals, conducting reviews, and implementing development programs.
  • Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning – Work closely with Talent Acquisition to identify hiring needs, improve onboarding programs, and support workforce planning initiatives.
  • HR Compliance & Risk Management – Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies, staying ahead of changes and best practices.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • 2+ years of supervisory/leadership experience leading HR teams.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze workforce data and develop strategic HR solutions.
  • Flexibility to travel up to 25%, to support multi-state operations.

Salary: $110-130k/yr plus annual bonuses. Relocation package available. Full benefits.
