We are seeking a dynamic (Bilingual) HR Business Partner/HR Manager to join one of our clients in the Phoenix, AZ area to support their largest construction office. This role is integral to both field and office operations and involves close collaboration with the Executive Management Team.
This is a permanent and onsite position.
Core Duties:

Handle day-to-day HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, development, and employee relations.

Collaborate with department managers to create accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.

Manage the onboarding process to ensure new hires are effectively integrated.

Facilitate training programs and assist with career development plans for employees.

Visit job sites to build relationships with field employees and understand their needs

Partner with employees and management to align business objectives.

Ensure HR strategies are in sync with company goals and objectives.

Work with the VP of HR to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Align office practices with strategic goals related to talent acquisition, employee development, and training

Assist with succession planning and project future hiring needs.

Manage job terminations in accordance with company policies.
What we’re looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

5-8 years of HR experience, with a minimum of 2 years in talent acquisition and HR Business Partner roles.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.

Previous experience in coaching and mentoring management and staff.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Ability to build and maintain effective partnerships.

Salary range: $80,000 to $110,000 per year
